Square 1

Square 1, also known as Route 9 Distillery, is a boutique distillery located in Balhannah, South Australia, specializing in handcrafted, small batch gins made with locally sourced botanicals. What sets Square 1 apart is their unique approach to gin crafting, including their signature Unrind Citrus Gin and the distinctive Big Red Gin, which features rare red juniper and exotic savory notes. Visitors can sample their range of gins at the distillery, meet the makers, and enjoy a curated selection of local wines, whiskies, and rums. The distillery also offers a food experience with pizza and a build-your-own board of small goods and cheeses, making it a well-rounded destination in the Adelaide Hill
