About

Charleston Memorial Hall is a historic stone community hub in the Adelaide Hills town of Charleston, South Australia, originally dedicated in 1928 to honor World War I fallen soldiers and expanded in 1955 with a memorial stone for World War II sacrifices. It features a main hall for up to 80 guests with audiovisual equipment, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, plus a meeting room, catering kitchen, and direct access to Newman Park's tennis courts, adventure playground, fitness equipment, electric BBQs, and heritage shade trees. What sets it apart from other Adelaide Hills venues is its dual role as a living war memorial—housing a wooden Honour Roll—combined with versatile modern facilities.
